Did you know...

Sports Illustrated on Campus called Campus Recreational Sports “perhaps the best collegiate recreational sports program in the nation.” More than 800 students work part time for Campus Recreational Sports.

The School of HPER's internationally recognized academic programs attract students from throughout the United States and around the world. The school's three departments—Applied Health Science, Kinesiology, and Recreation, Park, and Tourism Studies—offer pioneering curricula that combine theoretical and hands-on experience, multidisciplinary instruction, and the latest technology. Both undergraduate and graduate students have opportunities to participate in research with our renowned HPER faculty, who are making major contributions in the areas of health, physical activity, and recreation.
