Harry Dippold Scholarship
Scholarship History:
The Harry Dippold Scholarship Award of Indiana University’s Department of Kinesiology was established in 1985 as a memorial to Harry Dippold by his wife Natalie. Dr. Harry Dippold, Ed.D., attended the historic Normal College of the American Gymnastics Union in Indianapolis in 1923 later receiving a B.S. in Education in 1942 majoring in special education. The Normal College, having moved from New York City to Indianapolis in 1907, was the forerunner of HPER programs on the Bloomington campus of Indiana University.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Undergraduate status.
- Enrolled at the Bloomington Campus of Indiana University.
- Majoring in Kinesiology
- Demonstrated financial need.
