Archie M. and Eleanor Williamson Koon Scholarship

Scholarship History:

Eleanor Williamson Koon attended Indiana University as a Home Economics major. In the 1980s, she and her husband established a bequest through the Indiana University Foundation to fund the Archie M. and Eleanor Williamson Koon Scholarship. As the Department of Home Economics is no longer in existence at IU Bloomington, the Koon’s requested that their gift benefit sophomore or junior students in the School of Health, Physical Education, and Recreation pursuing the study of nutrition.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Undergraduate status.
  • Worthy second, or third year student.
  • Pursuing the study of nutrition under the Department of Applied Health Science in the School of Health, Physical Education, and Recreation.
