  • Undergraduate or graduate status.
  • International student (not a permanent resident of a U.S. citizen)
  • Admitted as a major in the Department of Applied Health Science.
  • Majoring in public health education.
  • Undergraduate GPA of 3.0
  • Graduate GPA of 3.2
  • Completed one (1) year of academic work in residence on the IU Bloomington campus.
  • Preference shall be given to students with financial need.
