Scholarships and Fellowships

Our students are the core upon which the School of HPER flourishes. They are a highly motivated group, committed to the discovery and dissemination of knowledge. Through endowed scholarships and annual awards, HPER is able to provide more than $700,000 annually in student financial assistance. Scholarship and fellowship support makes it possible for promising students to complete a HPER degree, ensuring that the school will continue to attract and retain the most outstanding and highly qualified students. The following scholarships and fellowships are available to current students who are already admitted to the school.

Fellowships

Support HPER fellowships through the Indiana University Foundation in the following ways:

Income Matching Program

The full match, 1:1, will consist of a payout equal to 5 percent of the principal on an annual basis and will be available for gifts of at least $250,000. If the gift falls between $150,000 and $250,000, the match will be based on a ratio of 1:2. Payouts will be in perpetuity.

Outright Gifts of Cash and Securities

Give outright gifts of cash or securities that meet the minimum of $150,000 or more to be eligible for the matching program. These gifts may be received all at once or as a pledge payable over five years.
