A Message from the Dean
Dear Colleagues,
Welcome to our new website produced to keep you up-to-date as HPER moves forward in this exciting transition into an accreditable school of public health. While change can bring with it a level of uncertainty, and for some even anxiety, I am confident that we are embarking upon the biggest opportunity of our school's distinguished history, taking HPER to an even greater level of national prominence.
This site is but one avenue being used to ensure that information is being made available to everyone associated with our School. As you know, following our late August School-wide Retreat at Bradford Woods, a Transition Advisory Team, seven committees, and several search advisory committees were established. The focus of deliberation for the Transition Advisory Team will be the recommendation from each of the seven committees.
Please take time to peruse these pages and attached documents. Like the transition process itself, this site is a “work in progress.” You can make this site even more relevant by sharing topics of interest or asking for information. Contact Dr. Evelyn Goldsmith with suggestions.
